My engagement with the Leave No Trace team started with a new design for their youth education programs. However, the layout needed to be generic enough to be adapted into a more comprehensive, future design.
I used LNT's photography to bring the outdoors inside through the computer screen. Hiking marker elements hark back to elements individuals encounter while experiencing the great outdoors, and the color palette breaks from the typical evergreens and browns in favor of colors found in outdoor equipment.
During my contract I created two additional comps using the same design approach.
